The aluminum processing plant begins with a reinforced loading hopper, where material is fed continuously and safely into the line. From here, the flow enters the trommel screen, which performs the first granulometric separation by dividing the material into uniform fractions.
The suitable fractions then move to the eddy current separators, which efficiently remove all non metallic components, leaving only the aluminum.
The material is then processed by the X ray sorting system, which accurately identifies and selects primary aluminum, ensuring consistent purity. Downstream, a series of LIBS units performs an even more advanced classification, separating the primary aluminum into its specific alloy families through instantaneous spectrographic analysis.
The result is a fully automated process that transforms mixed material into high value aluminum fractions ready for remelting.
