High Value Metal Separation System

img

The plant is designed to transform mixed non ferrous material into high value metal fractions through a fully integrated and automated sequence of separation technologies. The process begins with an initial feeding and screening phase that organizes the incoming stream into manageable fractions. From there, a combination of mechanical, magnetic, and sensor based systems progressively removes unwanted materials and isolates the metallic components.

Each fraction follows a dedicated treatment path, where air based separation, optical recognition, and targeted metal recovery units work together to enhance purity and maximize yield. Coarser materials are refined through density based and optical sorting steps, while finer fractions undergo additional recovery stages to capture residual metals that would otherwise be lost.

The overall configuration ensures stable throughput, high recovery efficiency, and consistent product quality, enabling the plant to extract maximum value from complex non ferrous streams while minimizing waste.

Flexibility on input materials
Higher material value
