The copper treatment process is organized into four integrated stages that ensure continuous, high purity metal recovery. The line begins with controlled loading, followed by ferrous removal and demetalization to deliver a clean, stable input stream.
The heavy fraction aeraulic separator then uses calibrated airflows to isolate dense particles, preparing the material for efficient granulation. High speed cutting systems reduce the material to the required size, with integrated screening ensuring perfect granulometric control.
The final refining stage combines density, conductivity, and optical technologies to achieve copper purities from 98% up to 99.9%, producing a high grade refined output.
